As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Legal Operations Specialist / Paralegal to support our legal and finance teams in contract management, compliance, and legal research. About the role
As a Legal Operations Specialist / Paralegal, you will play a key role in managing contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting legal operations. You will work closely with finance, operations, and external legal teams to streamline contract processes and ensure alignment with SaaS business models, subscription agreements, and digital health regulations.
What you will do

Contract Management – Draft, review, and negotiate HR contracts, supplier agreements, and customer agreements.

Subscription Agreements & Compliance – Oversee contract renewals, billing terms, SLAs, and data privacy policies.

Legal Research & Documentation – Conduct research on GDPR, HIPAA, SaaS agreements, and licensing to ensure compliance.

File & Case Management – Maintain a contract repository, track renewal deadlines, and manage legal documentation.

Regulatory & Compliance Support – Ensure contracts align with industry regulations, support external audits, and manage policy updates.

Cross-Team Collaboration – Work with finance, product, and external legal counsel to ensure legal processes support business goals.
Your qualifications and skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.

2-4 years of experience in a legal assistant, specialist, or paralegal role.
Strong knowledge of contract law, compliance, and legal documentation.

High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality

Excellent organizational, time management, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment and collaborate across teams.
Good to have:

Experience in SaaS, subscription-based models, or digital health.

Knowledge of GDPR, HIPAA, and international data privacy laws.

Familiarity with service-level agreements (SLAs) and regulatory frameworks.
