We work with leading pharmaceutical companies to support patient-centric drug development, and we’re looking for a Key Account Manager to strengthen our client relationships and drive growth.
About the Role
As a Key Account Manager, you will be the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients. Your mission is to ensure they maximize the value of their DEEP subscription and associated services while identifying opportunities for growth and expansion. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams (scientific, regulatory, technical, and commercial) to execute high-impact client strategies.
What you will do

Client Leadership: Own and manage client relationships, ensuring seamless collaboration and long-term value.

Client Engagement & Retention: Maintain high client satisfaction, drive renewals, and establish DEEP as a strategic partner.

Strategic Growth: Identify and unlock new business opportunities within existing accounts.

Industry Consultation: Guide clients in optimizing their digital measures programs based on DEEP’s expertise and resources.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams (scientific, regulatory, product, finance, and marketing) to meet client needs.

Client Advocacy: Convert satisfied clients into brand advocates through case studies, conference presentations, and referrals.

Escalation Management: Address client challenges, working closely with internal teams to ensure swift resolution.

Continuous Improvement: Provide insights and feedback to enhance DEEP’s offerings and client engagement strategies.

Stakeholder Communication: Present strategic updates to senior leadership on progress, challenges, and opportunities.

Industry Engagement: Attend key client meetings, conferences, and industry events (~25-30% travel).
What We’re Looking For

5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or client services within pharmaceutical digital measures, clinical trials, or CRO/technology consulting.

Proven track record working with top 10 pharmaceutical companies.

Bachelor’s degree in science, business, or information technology.

End-to-end customer success experience – onboarding, implementation, adoption, renewals, and account growth.

Strong leadership & problem-solving skills – ability to navigate complex client needs with strategic thinking.

Excellent communication & presentation skills – ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.

Relationship builder – ability to develop deep connections with clients, including senior executives.

Entrepreneurial mindset – passion for driving change in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to travel – primarily within Europe or the US (~25-30%), with occasional international trips.
